“How To Know What You Want, and Get It”

Hello and WELCOME!

I’m Eliza McNamara, an ex-spoilt! middle-class-kid-from-London- turned-entrepreneur. I quit being financially dependent and went out on my own six years ago.

Gosh! I soon found that there was a whole lot I needed to learn about life that they’d neglected to teach me in private school! So I started loading up on books and tape programmes that promised the short cut to Easy Street.

Easy Street’s a Dead End

I ended up with a few thousand pounds’ worth of that stuff in my bookcase now, and all it did was make me feel bad about my lack of progress.

I was supposed to create a vision, but a vision of what?  I knew I should set goals, but they didn’t give me a clue on how to accomplish them.  I wanted to do something that made my heart sing, that made me feel great, that was making a difference in the world, but nobody seemed to be talking about that. Even worse, nobody seemed to agree. Everybody had a different “most important” thing to do, a different plan, a different formula and even different ingredients.  I bounced from idea to idea with each book I read, getting nowhere. Do you know how that feels?

Putting The Puzzle Together

But then I saw something that really helped. As I continued to read and study and experiment, I found that getting to the answers was like doing a jigsaw puzzle - a piece here, a piece there. and the picture started to take shape.

As Tony Robbins says, “Success leaves clues.” Nobody had the whole answer, but most writers had at least one piece to add. Then I had a breakthrough! I realised that writing goals was the wrong place to start! That figuring out what to do before you knew why you were doing it was like trailblazing without a map. You see, if you’re trying to figure out how to become successful, it’s natural to try to figure out what to DO. Most of the books and tapes are full of that. But new research says loud and clear that if you don’t know WHY you’re doing it and if you don’t know how to THINK correctly, what you DO won’t be effective. That’s why it’s possible to work very hard - and not get anywhere.

Finding Clues in Unusual Places

These new connections came from a mixture of business books, old spiritual writings and, believe it or not, modern science! They made the best of the classic success teachings come alive with new power! It’s almost like having a secret decoder ring to unlock the mysteries in the works of Think & Grow Rich author, Napoleon Hill, author of The Science Of Getting Rich, Wallace Wattles and expert from the film The Secret, Bob Proctor and others like them.

Since then I’ve worked hard to learn how to explain these important concepts clearly and simply so any one can understand and apply.  When DOING WHAT YOU LOVE is the primary goal, it’s easy to get excited about it!

I’ve found success by commiting to it, and I take great pride in my integrity. People who know me know I’m a pretty adventurous and caring woman. Why Am I Talking About Myself So Much???

I’m doing this because when it comes to marketing online, websites and emails really don’t validate trust or relationship building when it comes to building trust or working with people.

People buy from people, not companies. When looking for a product or service whether that’s on how to lose weight or time management you want to make sure that you’re working with someone who knows what they’re talking about and won’t leave you in the dust when the going gets tough.

Someone who realises that your success is their success and gives you the knowledge you need to succeed in life

Who I am…

I come from a huge, supportive family and consider myself very blessed. I’m the first of three children and the first to emigrate.

I grew up in London and went to college there too. However, after 20 years of cold weather, I was tired of the cold weather, packed my things in 2 suitcases gave the rest to charity, and moved to Australia!

Now I live here at the world famous Bondi beach

I always knew I would be somewhere in entertainment or as a motivational speaker, It was a great experience being exposed to so many different types of people, making great contacts, and becoming an expert of so many industries, but after discovering Australia I felt there was something else out there for me to accomplish.

The Battle Inside

The last two years in England were fun but I couldn’t wait to stretch my wings and fly solo. It was a constant battle of holding onto something that wasn’t working when I was attached to being a singer and making that my primary focus, it took me a while to realize that as a artist your future is not in your hands, the success you have as a singer has no direct connection to the work you put into it. Even as a make up artist, someone else always had the last decision.

I had to learn to let go and seek other opportunities, that was when everything opened up for me:-)

As corporate training legend Larry Wilson says, “If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got. You will keep doing what you’ve always done if you keep thinking what you’ve always thought.” That was when I chose to make a significant and powerful change.

Finding the silence within

I began by devoting myself more seriously to personal growth, I knew that external success meant nothing unless I mastered my internal thoughts.

By this stage I had already been reading self Improvement books since my parents bought me some after I ran away when I was 14, but I didn’t realise success was something that came from personal growth, I thought it was ALL about hard work!  

Having the right mindset in life is extremely important! You’re guaranteed failure without it, no matter how hard you work! But with it you go far

How I got involved in Motivation, Internet Marketing, Currency and Stock trading and Life In Balance Seminars…

My original plan when I left home was to start a business.

I had no idea what kind or how I was going to do it so I committed myself to a intense business and financial education.

A good friend of mine introduced me to the world of Internet Marketing. The perks were everything I was looking for in a business and there was a genuine opportunity to make great money. I was hooked!

After going hard at it for a few months calling all of my friends and family, exhausting my business contacts, loading up on marketing supplies, making endless three-way calls, and doing everything the company told me to do to achieve success. I found myself sitting at a dead-end.

The problem???

If you’ve been involved in any type of traditional MLM program, maybe you can relate. Network Marketing (MLM) can be a great way to make money (and work on personal growth), but the sad part of the story is that over 95% fail within a few months in business.

This is because over 95% of the network marketers are using outdated, ineffective business building strategies. It’s not their fault.

They got involved with their company with the promise that they would be taught everything they need to know to succeed or would be given “full training and support”.

But they soon found out (as I did) that those strategies are just not effective enough. It’s an outdated system that does not work in our current times.

I just could not accept defeat and knew in my heart there was a better way.

The AHHAA Moment!

One night while I was browsing the net I discovered information that completely changed my view of this business.  It just made so much sense.

I was introduced to Attraction Marketing - a way of marketing yourself (and your business) to thousands of highly targeted people who are literally looking for what you have to offer.

This type of marketing allows me to take the selling out of the business equation. I am no longer selling products.  I get to focus more on relationship-building and developing trust with my valued clients.

I am able to reach thousands of people and share my personal story and the industries I am involved in. When people are interested in taking a closer look at what I am doing and how I can help them succeed, they call me.

Chasing people, calling people, or buying generic leads is no longer part of my game plan.
